oh BOY!
We are so happy to announce that we are going to be parents of a little BOY! Our appointment went really well this morning and the doctor said that everything looked great! So, praise the Lord that the baby seems to be doing very well and looks really healthy!

Because our son was playing hide and seek…we have another ultrasound appointment scheduled on March 5th to measure just a few more things! So, it is an added bonus for us to get another ultrasound- which we didn’t think we were going to be able to have!

At first, we were both shocked to hear that we were having a boy, because honestly- we are still shocked that we are having a baby! But after a good close up- there isn’t a doubt in our minds!

We have plenty of funny stories to share about our appointment this morning, stories that are pretty typical of the Rigneys- but they will have to wait. We are headed to Babies-R-Us!
Love,
Joe, Jen, and little boy Rig

Congratulations!
We are up way too late blogging and we came across your blog and all Heather keeps saying is how good you look.
Congratulations! We are so excited for you and Joey. Though we have noticed that he is being called ‘Joe’, Heather says he will always be Joey. Anyway, Christina just told Heather today that you two were expecting (she doesn’t blog and I didn’t think to mention it… oops.) and she is very happy for y’all. (In case you have forgotten, “y’all” is the second person plural pronoun commonly used in the south.) We look forward to hearing more from you as July 4 approaches.
Jenny!! If we have a girl, I call dibs on her marrying your boy. What a Godly little man I’m sure he will be. You two will be – are! – amazing parents.
